Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy explains how subscription fees, renewals, and related charges work for Hijack's Services offered through hijack.gg. It supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms control unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers (including Qyzar). Card and bank details are collected and stored according to the provider's security practices. Hijack does not receive your full payment card number. The provider's terms, privacy policy, and dispute rules apply to checkout and payment-method management.

Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are generally billed on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) as shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the account or billing tools we or our payment partner provide.

You are responsible for keeping billing details current. Failed charges may result in suspension or loss of access until payment succeeds.

Price changes

We may change fees for the Services prospectively. Where required by law, we will give advance notice (for example by email or in-product notice) before renewal at a new price. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the next billing date.

Taxes

Fees are stated exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on how we display pricing. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes imposed on your purchase, except where we are required to collect them.

Refunds and credits

General rule: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we state otherwise in writing at purchase (for example a limited money-back window).

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@hijack.gg with transaction details. We may issue credits or adjustments where appropriate, in our reasonable discretion.

Chargebacks and payment disputes should be a last step; initiating a dispute may result in immediate suspension of access pending resolution.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the cancellation flow provided in your account or by our payment partner. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not always entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless the law or our written offer says otherwise.

Free trials and promotional access

If we offer trials or promotional pricing, specific terms will be shown at signup. Unless we state otherwise, converting to a paid plan may begin automatic billing at the end of the trial.

Government and institutional billing

Law-enforcement and government customers may need purchase orders, vendor registration, or alternative payment arrangements. Contact support@hijack.gg or see Law Enforcement for introductory information; custom contracts may supersede portions of this policy where signed.
