Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy explains how subscription fees, renewals, refunds, and related charges work for the Services offered by Hijack through hijack.gg. It supplements our Terms of Service. Hijack is the contracting party and operator of the Services. If a signed enterprise agreement conflicts with this policy, that agreement controls only where it expressly replaces a provision; the Terms control every other conflict. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contracting legal entity and contact

The Services are provided by Hijack. Billing disputes, refund requests, and legal notices must be sent to admin@hijack.gg. Include the account email, transaction identifier, charge date, and the remedy requested.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Qyzaror another processor identified during checkout. The processor collects and stores card and bank details under its own security practices. Hijack does not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account numbers. The processor's terms, privacy policy, and dispute rules apply to checkout and payment-method management.

Subscriptions and renewals

The checkout screen states the billing interval and the amount charged for the plan. A paid plan renews automatically at that interval until you cancel through the account or billing tools provided by Hijack or the payment processor.

You are responsible for keeping billing details current. A failed charge can suspend access until payment succeeds, and the unpaid amount remains due unless Hijack confirms a different resolution in writing.

Price changes

Hijack may change fees for a future billing period. Before a renewal at a new price, Hijack will provide the notice required by law and will identify the new price and effective date. You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid the new price.

Taxes

The checkout screen identifies taxes included in the displayed price. You are responsible for sales, use, VAT, GST, and similar taxes imposed on your purchase, except taxes Hijack is legally required to collect and remit.

Refunds and credits

30-day guarantee: For the initial paid subscription charge, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days after the charge by emailing admin@hijack.gg. The request must identify the account and charge. Refunds for renewals, partial billing periods, or other purchases are not provided unless required by law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms.

If you believe you were charged in error, email admin@hijack.gg with the transaction details. Hijack will review the request and issue a correction when the charge does not match the purchase terms or the law requires a correction.

A chargeback or payment dispute filed without first giving Hijack a reasonable opportunity to resolve a billing error can result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed. This does not limit any non-waivable right under payment or consumer law.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the cancellation flow provided in your account or by the payment processor. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current billing period, except under the 30-day guarantee above or where mandatory law requires a refund.

Free trials and promotional access

When a trial or promotional price is offered, the signup screen states its duration, eligibility, price after the promotion, and whether automatic billing begins at the end of the trial. No trial or promotional term applies unless it is shown at signup or in a written offer.

Government and institutional billing

Law-enforcement and government customers that need purchase orders, vendor registration, invoicing, or alternative payment arrangements must contact admin@hijack.gg or see Law Enforcement. A signed custom contract replaces this policy only to the extent it expressly says so.

Governing law and venue

This policy and every billing or refund dispute are governed by the laws of Norway. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Oslo, Norway, including Oslo District Court, have exclusive jurisdiction and venue. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
