Hijack currently offers two primary platforms: Gotham, our investigation suite for identity verification, breach analysis, and OSINT lookups; and Kronos, our monitoring and alerting platform for ongoing surveillance of targets and data changes.

Hijack is available globally, though some data sources and lookup capabilities may vary by region. Our core platform features are accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.

To request account deletion, please email admin@hijack.gg from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.

Gotham is Hijack's primary investigation suite. It provides tools for identity verification, breach analysis, OSINT lookups, and fraud detection. You can search by phone number, email, name, and more to build comprehensive intelligence profiles.

Kronos is Hijack's monitoring platform. It allows you to set up persistent surveillance on targets and receive alerts when new data becomes available or changes are detected across our data sources.

Hijack aggregates data from a wide range of public and proprietary sources, including public records, social media, breach databases, and commercial data providers. Our data coverage spans billions of records across multiple categories.

We strive for the highest accuracy possible by cross-referencing multiple data sources. However, no data platform is 100% accurate. Results should be used as investigative leads and verified through additional means when making critical decisions.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time.

Hijack offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the initial paid subscription charge. Email admin@hijack.gg within 30 calendar days of the charge with your account email and transaction details. Renewals and partial billing periods are excluded unless mandatory law requires a refund.

Yes, each plan includes a specific number of lookups and API calls per month. Usage limits vary by plan tier. You can view your current usage and limits in your account dashboard.
